Michael Ludwig
Hailed by Strad Magazine for his “effortless, envy-provoking technique… sweet tone, brilliant expression, and grand style”, Michael Ludwig enjoys a multi-faceted career as a soloist, recording artist, and chamber musician. A highly sought-after soloist, he has performed on four continents. He has recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Lithuanian National Symphony, Buffalo Philharmonic, and Virginia Symphony. Michael Ludwig is the Music Director of the Roxborough Orchestra, a position he has held since 2015.
A member of The Philly Pops first violin section, Rachael currently maintains an active teaching studio in South Jersey, and is General Manager and on the Board of Directors of The Roxborough Orchestra. Rachael holds Master of Music and Bachelor of Music Degrees in Violin Performance from Carnegie Mellon University and resides in Cherry Hill, NJ with her husband, violinist Michael Ludwig and son Jacob.
