Shabbat Meals To-Go
Bring the tradition and flavor of Shabbat to your home with our convenient meals for 2, 4, or 6 people. Each meal includes comforting Matzo Ball Soup, bone-in, skin-on roast chicken with breast, drumstick, and thigh, roasted fingerling potatoes, garlic and lemon hericot verts, and sliced Challah. Dinner for 2 is $40, for 4 is $60, and for 6 is $80, with optional grape juice available for $3.50 per bottle. Order ahead and enjoy a delicious, hassle-free Shabbat dinner with family and friends.

How long can you perform a modified or full-body Pilates Roll-Up?
Kick things off with a 5-minute Pilates warm-up, followed by 10 minutes of instructor-cued Roll-Ups using a variety of props.
All levels are welcome! We’ll wrap up with a 5-minute stretch
and cool-down.

Enjoy a dynamic sampler of dance fitness styles, then wind
down with a relaxing yin yoga session, complete with the
soothing sounds of bonus crystal bowls.

Qigong for the Healthy Heart

Location: JFlow Studio
Qigong has been proven in medical studies to help cardiac health, including helping those with heart failure. It can also help lower blood pressure. Best of all, if you are able to do it while standing, it's a weight-bearing exercise that can help improve your overall heart health.

Celebrate Healthy Heart Month with an immersive afternoon of sound and stillness. You’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative form of meditation often called “yogic sleep,” that slows the heart rate, calms the nervous system, and promotes profound relaxation. As you rest, the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will create gentle sound vibrations that quiet the mind, release tension, and reduce stress—helping to bring your whole system back into balance. Expect to float in sound, rest in stillness, and leave with a lighter body, a calmer mind, and a more open heart.
